Lindsey has been sailing all her life and has been racing for a number of years on a variety of boats. She now uses her experience in yacht-racing, along with her expertise as a meteorologist, to provide tailored meteorological services for the sailing community.

Lindsey has an honours degree in Meteorology from the University of Reading, the world-leader in this sphere. Since starting her degree course, she has been working as part of the British Olympic Sailing Squad Met. Team, preparing for the Athens 2004 Olympics. She was also the team meteorologist for Noonmark VI during the Swan World Cup 2002.

Having spent over a year working as a media forecaster for PA WeatherCentre, one of the top private weather companies in the UK, Lindsey is turning her attention back to the sailing community.
